Steel → CNC → Weld → NDT → Special Process → Origin

Optional dual capacity activates only by written WDS PO — partner network depth for rapid response, not a second uncontrolled path.

DFARS Steel

Domestic-melt material through a DFARS-compliant distributor. MTR into the value stream.

CNC — Machine-Only

Primary CNC performs TDP machining only. No weld, plate, paint, or final QA at the machine node.

Weld — Class C

Primary AWS D17.1 Class C fusion weld. WPQR/WPS, visual, parameter logs, lot linkage from CNC traveler.

Bare-Metal NDT

Primary NDT with dual-source backup. MT/PT before any plating as required.

Sole Special Process + Final QA

Approved sole special-process path: cadmium + HE bake, paint/CARC, final QA, Method 31 pack, CoC, DCMA host.

FOB Origin Release

Inspection Origin · Acceptance Origin · FOB Origin. Golden Folder before DCMA presentation.
